How to Generate and Add OpenAI API Key

Follow these simple steps to generate and add your OpenAI API key.

Step 1: Sign in to OpenAI

• Go to OpenAI’s website.
• Click on Sign in or Sign up if you don’t have an account.
  Tip: Use your Google account for quick sign-up.

Step 2: Access API Keys

• After logging in, click on your profile icon in the top-right corner.
• Select “View API Keys” from the dropdown menu.

Step 3: Generate a New API Key

• Click the “Create new secret key” button.
• Copy the generated key immediately, as you won’t be able to see it again.
• Now paste that copied API key on WASheet “Add Key” section.
  Important: Never share your API key publicly to avoid unauthorized usage.
