WASheet Terms of Service
Last Updated: 1 March 2025
1. Introduction
Welcome to WASheet (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website or using our services (“Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms govern your use of the Service and apply to all users, including visitors, customers, and account holders.
Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or Service. We may revise these Terms from time to time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Eligibility
To use WASheet, you must be of legal age in your country of residence. Individuals under the age of majority may only use the Service with consent from a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. Any unauthorized use may result in termination of your access.
3. Account Activation and WhatsApp Number Policy
Activation Number:
Your plan will be linked to the WhatsApp number provided during whatsapp web login. It is your responsibility to ensure the number is active and correct. WASheet is not liable for issues arising from incorrect or inactive numbers.
Transferring Your Plan:
In exceptional circumstances, a one-time transfer of your plan to another WhatsApp number may be permitted, provided:
Less than 10% of your message quota has been used.
The new number shares the same country code.
WASheet approves the transfer at its discretion.
4. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellation
All payments are final. We recommend using the free trial before purchasing. No refunds or cancellations will be issued after payment, including in cases where a WhatsApp number is restricted or banned.
Recurring Billing / Subscription:
WASheet operates on a subscription-based, recurring billing model. Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.
If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must request cancellation before the next auto-renewal date.
Failure to cancel before the renewal date will result in the automatic billing of the next subscription period, and the renewed amount will not be refunded.
Users remain responsible for complying with WhatsApp’s terms and best practices, including:
Sending messages in appropriate batches
Maintaining reasonable time intervals between messages
Avoiding sudden spikes in messaging activity
5. Service Availability and Modifications
WASheet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. This includes feature changes, updates, and pricing adjustments.
While we strive for consistent performance, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that all Service features will meet your expectations.
6. Permitted Use and Prohibited Conduct
You may only use WASheet for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:
Engaging in illegal activity or violating applicable laws
Uploading viruses, malware, or harmful code
Harvesting personal information of other users without consent
Circumventing security measures or attempting to access unauthorized data
Using the Service to harass, spam, or defame others
WASheet reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in prohibited conduct.
7. Third-Party Services and Content
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or content. WASheet does not control third-party materials and is not responsible for their accuracy, legality, or reliability. Interactions with third parties are at your own risk.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, technology, and materials within WASheet, including but not limited to software, designs, logos, and text, are owned by WASheet or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the Service without express written consent.
9. User Feedback and Submissions
By providing feedback, suggestions, or other submissions (“Submissions”), you grant WASheet a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, copy, modify, distribute, and display such Submissions in connection with the Service.
Submissions must not violate third-party rights, contain unlawful or harmful material, or compromise the integrity of the Service.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
WASheet is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WASheet disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WASheet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WASheet, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or infringement of third-party rights.
13. Termination
WASheet may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or suspicious activity. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination, including payment obligations.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes related to WASheet shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
