WASheet Extension UI Troubleshoot Guide
If WASheet Stops Working — Follow This Quick Fix Checklist
If WASheet was working before but suddenly stopped (while it works for other users), follow these steps:
✅ Try Another Browser for Testing
Sometimes, due to technical changes, recent browser updates, cache issues, or permission conflicts, the WASheet interface may not load properly. To quickly identify and resolve this, we recommend trying WASheet on a different browser.
For example, if you are currently using Google Chrome and the WASheet UI is not loading, please try opening it in Microsoft Edge instead. In most cases, this resolves the issue—around 90% of users are able to fix the problem by switching browsers.
1️⃣ Update Your Chrome Browser
Go to Chrome Settings → About Chrome
Update to the latest version
Restart Chrome
2️⃣ Update WhatsApp (Mobile + Web)
Update WhatsApp on your phone
Refresh WhatsApp Web after updating
3️⃣ Refresh the Extension
Go to chrome://extensions/
Turn WASheet Off → On
Or remove the extension and reinstall it
4️⃣ Hard Refresh WhatsApp Web
Open WhatsApp Web → Press Ctrl + Shift + R
5️⃣ Check WASheet Permissions
Go to:
chrome://extensions → WASheet → Details
Make sure all required permissions are enabled.
6️⃣ Test in Incognito (to detect extension conflicts)
Some other extensions may block WASheet from loading.
To test:
Go to chrome://extensions/
Click Details under WASheet
Turn ON “Allow in Incognito”
Open a new Incognito Window
Open WhatsApp Web and check if WASheet UI appears
If it works in Incognito →
👉 Another extension (ad blocker, privacy blocker, antivirus extension) is causing the problem.
7️⃣ Restart Your Computer
A simple restart often clears local storage/cache issues that stop the extension from running.
